The apartment is in a calm spot about 200m from the shops and amenities and 5 km from the ski resort of Super Besse ( 45 km of downhill runs and 120km of cross country runs).. Besse is a charming town with picturesque streets; not far away is Lac Pavin ( depth 90m) a wonderful spot for fishing enthusiasts and lovers of nature. There are many other visits, walks or outings to experience in the area - Murol with its imposing castle - St. Nectaire with its medieval church, caves and casino - Chambon sur Lac where you can swim, windsurf or hire a pedalo. You can also wander round the street market in Besse which takes place every Monday.
